My wife and son are amazing!
First of all, I am blogging on behalf of Julie. I don't know how much is too much but I wanted to share some pictures. But before I do here is the summary. After 22 hours of labor and 2 hours of hard, hard pushing my wife birthed our son Josiah Paul. All 7 pounds and 9 ounces and 20 1/2 inches of him. He was born at 11:13pm on Wednesday 8.6.08 in Denver, CO. Mom and baby are doing amazing! And he has more hair than his dad already. Thank you for all of your prayers. Proud and happy dad. PJ

Hurray! We are so excited. We were on prayer watch and glad that Josiah FINALLY decided to meet mommy and daddy. How did the umbilical cord cutting go? Love the pictures and hope we can come and visit in person soon. We love you guys.

Julie - You are the WOMAN!! Can you believe how much more you loved him the instant he was in your arms? It only continues to get richer. Treasure each moment...even those ones in the wee hours - your special time together! Don't forget to ask for help, or take it when it comes. And cry when you need to. :)

hoooorraay! I am so excited for you. Having a son is a blessing and you will fall in love with this little man. Enjoy every second while he's so tiny..they grow quickly. And remember that becoming a mommy is a process and you are doing wonderful! I love you friend.
